Do you pick up inside the Cancun airport terminal?
Yes. Ride Luxe Mexico holds federal SICT permits, tourist ground transport plates, and airport zone licenses. This is what allows our chauffeurs to meet guests legally inside the terminal at arrivals — unlike informal private drivers who are restricted to the parking lot. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust automatically for delays.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing. Your reservation includes real-time flight tracking, so we adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge. If your flight is significantly delayed, our team stays in contact through WhatsApp to confirm the new pickup window.
Do you accept credit cards? What currencies?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards through secure Stripe payment processing. Prices are displayed in USD for reference. Final invoicing is issued in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate of the day, in compliance with Mexican consumer protection law.
Do you provide child seats or booster seats?
Yes, upon request at no additional charge. Please indicate the number and type of child seats you need when booking, or contact us through WhatsApp. Available for infant, toddler and booster.
